For those who were not there to hear me shed all my secrets from 40 years of cutting edge negotiations shame on you!

I vehemently believe that there is a simple way to jump ahead of the queue and get jobs done much more effectively with a ridiculously low failure rate.  It is when you know the knack, and have rehearsed it, that it is surprisingly easy and effective and when you don’t it is an impossible task.

By way of an example, try closing a door from the hinge side and you will see how difficult it is versus the ease of closing the door from its leading edge. In fact you will never close it properly using the latter.

I have spent my life trying to find ‘the angle’ and once you do there is no going back.
